NO UPFRONT FEES
Saxon Spencer Capital does not charge any upfront application fees. Applicants are responsible for all third-party underwriting expenses per Saxon Spencer Capital’s direction including but not limited to appraisal, environmental, feasibility, and title. Where applicable, Applicants shall pay any such underwriting expenses directly to the designated vendor as prescribed by Saxon Spencer Capital at time of application. Exceptions may apply.

Saxon Spencer Capital sources funding via a variety of financial resources comprising strategic partnerships with international private banking relationships, institutional lines of credit and private capital partners. Based on the wide variety of transactions in today’s market place, a unique capitalization structure is applied to each specific loan scenario.
