To send a clothing donation, please submit a ticket below.

prep & check
This is where you check your donation for any signs of wear and tear. We do not accept visibly worn, or torn clothing items or accessories.
quality check
Incoming donations are checked for damage and wear and tear before sanitized, washed and prepped for resale.
clean & prep
Once donated items are checked or quality, they are sterilized through our special steaming process to eliminate any potential organisms and wished with a delicate detergent.
